While I take a break from studying for my paper tomorrow, let me share with you a food experiment I tried yesterday.
Now, I love ice cream, in fact I can get very childish when it comes to ice cream. My brain will normally go “mmm ice cream” or in some cases “WOOO ICE CREAM FUCK YES!”. So when my dad bought yogurt yesterday, I thought about making some frozen yogurt, which is basicly a sort of ice cream. But i didnt have an ice cream maker or a salad mixer, so I googled around for ways to make ice cream without such things, and I found this guide (http://www.davidlebovitz.com/archives/2007/07/making_ice_crea_1.html)
Its basicly simple, and it really works.
However I would like to add some pointers
- you can use a fork to stir and mix the ice cream
- also, preferably use a wide shallow container instead of a deeper one because it will take longer.
Anyway enough yapping. Ice Cream!!

It took quite a long time to make ice cream out of 2 cups of yogurt, mostly because I used a deep small container before moving it to this wider container. Around.. I dunno, 5 hours? But even then, either I should have left it for longer or my mixture wasnt right, the creamy ice cream texture only laster for a while before it started melting, but it was still good despite the tingliness it gave my loose teeth.
So hey, go around and experiment and see what you get, do share if you have an awesome recipe :)
